We have one customer with multiple orders, same shipping address. Can I ship those together (seller fulfilled) with same tracking #? Or will that hurt our VTR score.
Seller support said "I would like to inform you that tracking is entirely monitored on Amazon internal workflows. Hence, we cannot advise sellers on this issue." So support was no help...

In order to ensure that your VTR is not negatively impacted, I would side with shipping your orders following the guidelines and best practices found within this help page. I'd also recommend reading through this thread where other sellers have chimed in about combining orders.
