Well I ticked “strongly agree” cos it’s an absolute doddle to speak to a human. Click on contact, highlight your problem on the chat bot and ask to speak to an associate. Takes about 30 seconds. Not sure what the problem is? :thinking: Is this a trick question for Christmas? :smile:
