Seller Feedback after closing an A to Z claim
I’ve simplified the issue but - a customer has claimed that an item has been delivered to the wrong location, even though we have shown maps and GPS proving otherwise. They are demanding a full refund, even though I’m fairly sure they have the goods anyway. They opened an A to Z claim and then seem to have closed it themselves a day later, I’m assuming this was by accident.
My question is, can they still leave feedback for the order after closing an A to Z claim? I think they must be able to but, as the customer is being so difficult, I would have expected them to leave negative feedback already and it seems odd that they have not.
I am inclined to give a refund just to be done with it (it is not very high value), but I will be reluctant to do so if there is the possibility of still getting negative feedback afterwards.

Yes they can still leave feedback
Does it say buyer closed or have amazon closed it ?
If buyer, have you heard anything since ? If not, don’t refund - they probably just found it with a neighbour or safe place

If the Case is closed or Withdrawn, it can actually mean Amazon have sided with you in a strange way.
I have known this if buyer makes too many claims or Amazon have requested more information from the buyer who has not responded.
If the claim has been withdrawn and they are messaging demanding. This to me rings alarm bells all the way.

It is always important to remember that Amazon’s mission is to screw over its small sellers (one way or another). It does not believe in acting with any integrity towards third-party sellers and it is, in my experience, a fraud enabler.

To be fair the post code for our address comes up with a house 500 yards away on the opposite side of the road on sat nav and GPS. We state this for any delivery including our Tesco food shopping but often couriers follow their devices anyway. Too much reliance on electronic data rather than looking for house name or number.
