Read onlyUrgent Request for Reinstatement of My Amazon Seller Account
Dear Amazon Seller Performance Team,
I am writing to humbly request your assistance in resolving the deactivation of my Amazon seller account, which occurred in August. I have been a dedicated Amazon seller for nearly four years, and for the past 1.5 years, I have focused on reselling brand-name products on the platform. Unfortunately, my account remains deactivated despite my best efforts to address all concerns raised.
My inventory, valued at approximately $200,000, is currently stored in Amazon warehouses. Most of these products are supplements with expiration dates, and it has already been over three months since my account was deactivated. I fear that this delay may lead to significant losses due to product expiry.
To resolve this matter, I have submitted all requested documentation, including:
Complete supply chain documentation.
Confirmations from the brands stating that my suppliers work directly with them.
Bank transaction records, invoices, and all other relevant documents.
Completion of the video call verification process.
Despite my compliance with every request, my account has not yet been reinstated. This account is my sole source of income, and I am deeply concerned about the financial impact of this prolonged situation. I respectfully request that Amazon’s executive team review my case as a matter of urgency.
My Merchant Token ID is AC4APCWXG38Y5 for your reference.
I kindly ask for your support in expediting the review and reinstatement process. If additional documentation or clarification is required, I am more than willing to provide it promptly. I appeal to Amazon to consider my genuine efforts and commitment to adhering to the platform's policies.
Thank you for your understanding and assistance.

You need a LOA from the brands you sold, authorizing your reselling ON AMAZON, and that authorization dated before you listed those brands.
Hello @Seller_0xINgtUpkyOSg,
Thank you for posting about your account deactivation.
I do see you posted previously on this situation:
I was deactivated under section 3 2 months ago under product inauthenticity issue. One of my asin was suspected to be inauthentic and amazon wanted to make sure the authenticity of my product through invoices, bank transaction and authorization. I bought the inventory from a reputable supplier who's been in the business since past 15 years almost. I have submitted all documentation requested already. The last thing that amazon now need is authorization letter from the brand or supply chain documents from my supplier. I have tried to get that documentation from my supplier but unfortunately they are not willing to provide as per their supplier disclosure policy.
As mentioned by @Seller_4zBzdtgCyS9EI and from the information provided, we will require a letter of authorization issued by the brand showing proof that your are an authorized distributor. You can also see this requirement in our anti-counterfeiting policy:
If the documentation provided does not meet our requirements and we cannot confirm proper authorization from the brand, the account may not be eligible for reinstatement.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
Emet.
