Shipping settings and VTR
Hope someone can help.
Our seller fulfilled orders have always had shipping set up the standard way, not the automated template setting. That way we could offer free Royal Mail 2nd class, and charge appropriately for 1st class, tracked etc.
The issue with this is that it logs as franked/ stamps mail which is not counted under tracked on the VTR. We use Zenstores to pull together our orders from different platforms.
We have now seen our VTR percentage hit with the new policy of not acceptong franked/ stamps.
My question is will the franked/ stamps label be removed if we use the Shipping Setting Automation and chose Royal Mail 24/48 etc for our carrier?
The added issue with Shipping Setting Automation seems to be the lack of ability to set indviual prices for different Royal Mail shipping options; we chose 24, 48, 24/48 tracked and special delivery and it lumps all of them together under 1 fee option.

Shipping settings and SSA have nothing to do with VTR technically
You also can’t offer 1st class standard as expedited any more
To offer faster postage you need to select premium shipping and send via Tracked24 or Special delivery
To fix your VTR, you cannot select stamps/franking
You must enter the delivery confirmation / tracking numbers of the service you are actually using
