Trying to Get Approved to sell a brand. what do we need?
We are new Amazon sellers and have been trying to get approval ell a brand the past few weeks but keep getting denied. We've used invoices showing that we got product directly from the brand to show that it is authentic, but it wasn't excepted. The brand has a ton of sellers on it so i know we should be able to sell their product. Just need a little more insight on what we need to do exactly.

You have an invoice from the brand or a supplier? Why would the brand want tons of sellers that could potentially be sending counterfeit product?

By this, do you mean that you contacted the Brand, gave them your resell/business license info, got a Letter of Authorization to sell ON AMAZON, and bought through their distribution network?
Or are you saying that you went to the brand's website or outlet store, bought stuff retail (no need to show business license), and think that a retail receipt is the same as an invoice?
As for "ton of sellers", that means nothing (other than the fact that if you get approved, you'll still have an uphill battle actually selling anything, as most customers will pick an established seller over a new one).

Hello @Seller_dDF6FVtcd3NRD,
Michelle at Amazon here. When you are trying to get approved for a brand, you should have an invoice from the brand or an authorized distributor as well as a letter of authorization from the brand to sell on Amazon. If you have a case you would like me to look at, I can see if there is anything I can see that you may be missing.
I look forward to hearing back from you!
