URGENT! PLEASE HELP! SFP showing 2 day delivery Easter 2022
Hi,
We have all our SFP listings showing delivery on Saturday 16/04/22. Most other SFP sellers on the same listings are showing delivery on Thursday 14/04/22. So theirs is in effect a 1 day delivery promise and ours is more than a 2 day delivery promise. Also our Prime badge is not showing on the listings.
I have asked Amazon Shipping and they have confirmed that there are no issues from their end. Our account health, prime metrics, shipping templates etc are all fine. Seller Suppport as usual is little help saying it will take 48 hours by which it will already be Easter. I just don’t understand this.
Is anyone else facing the same issue? Any help or advise is greatly appreciated.
AMAZON are you listening - these issues are decimating our sales. Could you please resolve this issue as it is critical to our business.

Unfortunately this is the seller forum, where other sellers try and help one another. Rarely an Amazon specialist may look in but it is not common.
It sounds like you have lost Seller Fulfilled Prime on your offers - do you have an example ASIN we can check?
Are there any health or account related notifications on your dashboard?

Are you using RM, Amz Shipping, or DPD.
Most likely if using RM for example, they have delivered late too many times, so the % shipped on time is ok, but late delivery is too low a % .
The only way around it is usually to stop using that courier, alter the tick boxes to only show DPD for example and then if DPD had delivered all theirs on time in 1-day, then yours hopefully will show next day as well
