Read onlyMy UK Amazon account has been deactivated, which has now led to my USA account being deactivated as well. I only sell in the USA and have no use for the UK account.
I’ve tried logging into the UK account, and they’re asking for identification verification. However, when I try to schedule a video call for verification, I get the message: "You are not required to complete video call verification at this time. Once our Seller Identity Verification team verifies your details, we will reach out with instructions on the next step in the registration process." Additionally, I don’t have access to seller support or case logs, which they keep asking me to use—but nothing seems to work.
This issue has been going on for weeks, and I’ve been stuck in a cycle with Amazon support, unable to get a clear solution. I can’t speak to anyone from the UK seller team, and the responses I receive seem automated and repetitive.
Has anyone found a solution for deactivating a UK account or resolving this issue? I really need help to regain access to my USA account.
if you are only selling in USA it odd you signed up for a global/uk/eu account as theses are all linked.a problem with one marketplace will affect them all.
Unfortunately there is no way to expedite this process- you are in the notorious verification process which takes several weeks due to the huge numbers they are verifying at any one time.
Have you provided all the relevant legal info they require - anything in Performance Notifications?
Once verified you can put Uk and EU marketplace on holiday (inactive mode) but not before full verification.
