Brand name and item name changed
We have noticed that someone else has changed the Item Name (title) on one of the product listing we are selling - this is now incomplete and is causing some confusion for our customers. We have tried to get help with support on changing this but we are finding this almost impossible and we can’t understand how someone else has been able to change it - whoever has changed it isn’t even listing the item. They also managed to change the brand name
When we try to change it we get an error saying we can’t change it.

I have had this and had to delete some products. I will be relisting at the weekend.

We ended up relisting the item too. We did try contacting seller support but they don’t read the emails fully and never really understood the issue. It would be so much easier if you could actually talk to someone.
