Does anyone knows how to contact Amazon for help. I have just opened a seller account but Amazon charged me £0.19 although I did not owe them any money

That “charge” is to verify they can access the card. Provided you joined using the individual selling plan there should be no further charges. (except of course if you use any service that would incur a fee that isn’t covered by any sales you make).
