My last payout for invoiced orders was Dec 2023!
I have contacted seller support via cases and tried to call. But my cases are always "transferred" anf "forwarded to another Amazon team"
I have never heard from any of them. 0 replies!!!
Everyone that I speak with doesn't understand why all my funds go to the account level reserve.
I have a SIGNIFICANT amount of money in the account level reserve for invoiced orders.
My account is healthy. I have been selling for years!!! I don't have such a huge amount of returns, refunds and other claims. There is absolutely no reason to hold ALL my money.
The most recent case is 15098226101.
4+ months without a reply from Amazon! Looks like a big glitch in the system.
Any help would be much appreciated! Thank you
