Has anyone experienced portal sales staeemtn showing less than actual sales (half) resulting in the smallest payout for the busiest period?

Looking for a bit of help with a serious issue. Tens of thousands of revenue is sitting in the account level reserve and has done so for over a year with no explanation from Amazon on why this is. We haven’t received a payout for over 2 years.

I have tried multiple channels to get more information from Seller Support but am getting no answers whatsoever. All the cases raised over several months are set to ‘transferred’ status with no response.

One time I did eventually get a vague answer and was told the disbursement delay/unavailable balance is due to a legal reserve regarding a temporary restraining order (TRO). However this has since been resolved, and the rights owner has withdrawn their complaint in agreement that it was made by mistake.

Would really appreciate some answers to understand why Amazon is holding the revenue, has anyone has a similar issue before?

I find myself in a vicious circle. All withdrawals on the UK Marketplace fail. I can request a payout as normal and after about 6 weeks I get “failed” and the amount is credited back to the Amazon account. Then I can request again etc.

It is exactly the same account (verified) as on all other marketplaces, everything works smoothly there...

Does anyone have an approach here? Unfortunately Amazon hasn't found one yet...
