Trouble transferring to LTD company
I'm currently in the process of transferring my account from a sole proprietorship to a limited company. I was asked a series of questions about the LTD, which I answered, but I am still waiting for Amazon to get back to me.
I was then asked to clarify the status of the sole proprietorship, and I said it would be dissolved in a few days, assuming that in a few days, I would have completed the transition and no longer needed the sole trader business.
However, weeks and weeks have passed, and Amazon keeps coming back to me asking me to confirm the status of my business and then asking questions about my LTD again.
I'm quite confused about what I should do next; I don't want to wait another two weeks for nothing to happen and answer the same questions all over again. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Also, my account is being verified again for some reason. I don't know if this is part of the process, but I am also waiting for the verification team to re-verify my current sole trader business on Amazon.

Update - I just got this message from Amazon:
Hello,
We are contacting you to inform you that you can now transfer your Selling on Amazon account to the intended legal entity by self-service in Seller Central.

When I follow the advice given above, it says my account needs to be in an active state to initiate the transfer. I am not in an active state because they are re-verifying my documents. I am going round in circles. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
