Invoice keeps getting denied even though I bought direct from brand owner/mfgr

I am buying inventory direct from the brand owner and he gave me an invoice for the purchase as well. It fulfills all items which were on the Amazon checklist. However still I got a rejection on selling it almost immediately. When I try to ask why, I am literally getting a copy paste response from seller support. I told them the invoice is directly from the brand owner(registered on Amazon too) and they can see his email/phone on the invoice and compare/contact him to verify that I bought from him direct. They are not giving me any explanation. The seller(brand owner) is also open to editing the invoice so I get ungated for his brand but once again I cant do anything if Amazon does not give me any further info. Anyone able to help? I already have the inventory ready to ship to Amazon!

Amazon knows what an invoice includes. An invoice is used when Your business has a retail commercial credit account with the manufacturer. Most all included.

- YOUR: business name, business address, business phone, sales tax exempt number, your EIN number, your credit line, terms of sale

- MANUFACTURER’S: address, phone, EIN number, account Rep’s name

- PRODUCT’S: quantity, SKU-Model number,

- DISCOUNTS PROCESSES ON THIS PURHASE: quantity, sale, specials

- TERMS OF SHIPPING: method, who pays, company used, tracking number

Some have more, and some have less, but they all use the same basic format. Even when you call and make a small online order and pay by credit card, an invoice is still sent to you separately containing all of the above.

If you purchased the items from a distributor using cash and carry, or on-line with a credit card, and paid sales tax on it, you are not buying wholesale from the manufacturer.

Now with that said, is your brand a registered brand in the USA, or some other country with no presence in the USA.

Hey @Seller_T39a5RKFDQZx0, the other seller on this thread provided excellent information and asked some important clarifying questions - feel free to respond if you're still having issues here!
