That depends on how many orders you receive in the meantime
A-z claims stay on your account health dashboard for 60 days not 48 hours
What is your defect % at the moment ?

If your appeal was successful they can take up to 48 hours to be removed (but usually take around 24 hours)
Otherwise, they will stop affecting your order defect rate 60 days after the order was placed, note that this is not 60 days from the A-to-Z date.
What you should be asking now is “why were the appeals rejected?”, “why were the A-to-Z claims opened in the first place” and “how can I avoid this in future?”
If a-to-Z claims are pushing you over your ODR limit, then that usually means there’s a root cause of them, not just random bad luck.

Hi Venom_Fashion
For sellers to provide you assistance in the issue you have raised it would be advisable to provide as much more information. Sometimes sellers may not understand a particular process and often make the wrong decision and then find their seller metrics have been damaged.
To say you have 4 A-Z claims could identify a possible process issue or other…

There should be an email so probably check your Spam/Junk folder too.
The following types of claims impact your ODR: (These will stay on for 60 days)
Claims that are granted and debited from your account
Claims for which you refunded the customer after the claim was filed
Claims for which you or Amazon cancelled the order
Claims that are pending a decision
The following types of claims do not impact your ODR: (Stay for 24-48 hours)
Claims that are granted and paid for by Amazon
Claims that were denied to the customer
Claims that were withdrawn by the customer

If you get someone saying an item hasn’t arrived and you don’t have tracking to prove otherwise… just refund it … its not worth the A-Z Claim hassle

Our a-zs are trough the roof too - but even after providing tracking they are still refused, never had one in the UK granted where we had delivery confirmation proving delivery. Even for our international tracked deliveries, we need to be really lucky to appeal successfully. Can someone guide me on what needs to be done for a successful appeal in the UK?
