Read onlyMy customer said she didn't receive the parcel, while tracking information shows it was delivered to the mailbox of the buyer. She said she checked with the courier Collissimo who fulfilled the end delivery. But found nothing.
I used Amazon buy shipping.
The customer is asking me to resend the order. What should I or she do? Seller support said they cant do anything as this is seller fulfilled order.
