Miguel with Amazon here. I can understand you are having issues with your verification process and are wondering what you can submit in order to show proof of address even though you are on the road most of the time and use a mail box.

If you take a look at the global seller identity verification help page ,

You will see that documents that can be used as proof of address can also be:

“…bank statements (including current account, saving account, or loan account statement), credit card statements or account statement provided by an e-commerce payment service provider such as Payoneer, Hyper wallet, World First, and Alipay.”

It also lists some criteria it must meet which are:

1. Must be issued within the last 180 days and show the issuing date, due date or transaction dates.

2. Must have the financial institution details to show at least one of the following details: bank name, bank stamp, bank signature or bank logo.

You can try submitting this and hopefully get this issue taken care of.
