Is this how Seller Support now operate - no response or case notes since 3rd December and today 24th Feb 2025 they respond!! Not to mention the response is just a cut and paste rubbish response.

I suspect they are just clearing up the queue but what on earth!! Just when you thought Seller Support could not get any worse

Can Seller Support understand the concept of selling? Or have any Business accumen? I ask because with reference to this case, the listing in DE is blocked due to the reference price being £1.00

The wholesaler charges £2.75 - not going to sell for £1 when I pay £2.75 am I?

Has anyone else experienced this? I'm facing a glitch/error when trying to upload a file for verifications, so I opened a case with amazon support as I need Amazon's help to resolve it. However, every time I contact Amazon Seller Support, I keep receiving template, AI-generated responses that have absolutely nothing to do with my issue.

I've tried re-explaining multiple times, but they just copy-paste the same irrelevant reply. How do I get past this AI wall and reach an actual human who can help? Any tips or escalation methods would be greatly appreciated!
