Has anyone else experienced this? I'm facing a glitch/error when trying to upload a file for verifications, so I opened a case with amazon support as I need Amazon's help to resolve it. However, every time I contact Amazon Seller Support, I keep receiving template, AI-generated responses that have absolutely nothing to do with my issue.
I've tried re-explaining multiple times, but they just copy-paste the same irrelevant reply. How do I get past this AI wall and reach an actual human who can help? Any tips or escalation methods would be greatly appreciated!
