What courier service i can use for ADV and how can i get my account back to normal

Your Amazon Seller account has been temporarily deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement. Your listings have been removed. Funds will not be transferred to you but will stay in your account while we work with you to address this issue.

Why is this happening?
We have taken this measure because despite a prior warning, you have continued shipping age-restricted products without using a permitted Age Verification on Delivery (AVD) service. As required by Amazon policy, age-restricted products must be shipped using a permitted AVD service.

How do I reactivate my account?
To reactivate your account, please send a plan of action that explains:
– The reason(s) why you have shipped age-restricted products without using a permitted Age Verification on Delivery (AVD) service as required by Amazon policy
– The specific proactive steps you will take to prevent similar AVD violations in the future
– Confirmation that if you continue to sell age-restricted products, you agree to ship each product using a permitted AVD service, and you will upload the tracking details for each product shipped to Seller Central

How do I send the required information?
You can submit this information by following the instructions on the Account Health page in Seller Central (https://sellercentral.amazon.ca/performance/dashboard?ref=ah_em_nr)

What happens if I do not send a sufficient explanation or plan of action?
If we do not receive the requested information within 20 days, your account will be permanently deactivated.

Has your account been deactivated in error?
– If you believe your age-restricted product shipments are compliant with Amazon’s AVD policy, please provide an explanation and include all supporting evidence or documentation so we can review.
– If we confirm that your age-restricted product shipments do not comply with our AVD policy, you will be expected to provide a detailed plan of action before we will consider reactivating your account.

"Listing e-cigarettes or related products which require the e-cigarette flag requires that you ship the product with an Age Verification on Delivery (AVD) service and upload the tracking details for each product shipped to Seller Central.

E-cigarette and related products which require AVD must be shipped with one of the following carriers: UPS, Royal Mail or Yodel."

As to getting your account back, send them a plan of action that they’ve asked for.
