We’ve been trying to submit deals for some products that we periodically run promotions on without any issues. However, we are now receiving the following warning: "Potentially inappropriate: This product has been flagged as potentially inappropriate. Please remove this product from your deal."

I’ve reviewed the listings and haven’t found anything inappropriate or potentially problematic. Has anyone else experienced this issue or does anyone have insight into how we can resolve it?

I would have reached out to seller support, but past experiences suggest limited assistance from them, so I’m hoping to get some advice from fellow sellers here.

This is for our lightning deal and it is happening to all our EU markets.

I've had a performance notification alert for a product because it contains "Eurycoma Longifolia".

The product doesn't contain Eurycoma Longifolia. My appeal, which contains a photo of the ingredients list, and search results from the Novel Food catalogue showing that this isn't prohibited have been unsucessful (and further evidence has had"careful consideration" before being closed in.....1 min).

Furthermore, there are plenty of products on Amazon that are the same product as that I am trying to list (Fadogia Agrestis). They have Fadogia Agrestis in their title, description, and ingredients list, how are these not getting flagged?

There isn't anything else in the product I'm listing, other than capsule shell. What is the issue here, and how can I appeal effectivly?
