Canceling unused returns label
Sometimes a client can’t use a returns label. How can I get this canceled?

You don’t need to and indeed you can’t cancel it.
If the customer doesn’t use the label then you won’t get charged for the label. You will get a message on your seller central about the return but you can ignore this if the customer hasn’t returned the item.

The prepaid return label is only charged to your account if it receives a scan within either the Hermes or Royal Mail system.
If the customer hasn’t used the prepaid return label, it means you will not have been charged for it.
Therefore when it comes to the refund, you would either disregard the return postage line or you would need to refund the customer for the postage they have paid (if you are liable for the return and I suppose if the customer has asked for the return postage to be refunded) using the other concessions line
