Sorry to hear this but did you buy this from a reputable and approved wholesaler or did you buy it from a shop/online? Do you have an invoice in your business name, not just a receipt?
If you can't supply an invoice, your item was deemed as inauthentic by Amazon, rightly or wrongly.

In your appeal purely talk about the product and the issue, do not tell them that you have a family to feed etc, they are not concerned about your family, this is not what has led to the issue.
