Valid tracking rate

Hi,

We have recently become ineligible for Premium shipping due to a Royal Mails’ late delivery.
In the response from Amazon it says that we need a valid tracking rate of 100% as one of the criteria to become again.
Does anyone know if I now have to send all non next day orders as signed off to be able to achieve 100% valid tracking, to become eligible again?

Thanks

We are having this issue for Seller Fulfilled Prime. The products that are available for Prime are available for “Second Day Delivery” but not “Next Day Delivery” because of our lower Valid Tracking Rate.

All our orders are sent with tracking:
Royal Mail 24
Royal Mail Tracked 24
Royal Mail Special Delivery

One thing to note about the VTR - it takes ALL orders into consideration (including Standard Delivery orders)

So what’s happening now is that our Standard Delivery orders which we ship via Royal Mail 24 are having a negative impact on our VTR because Amazon doesn’t recognise the 2D barcodes as “valid”.

What makes this laughable is we used the Buy Shipping option for one of these - and it also appeared as “invalid” in the VTR report!

It seems to be the case that we now need to use Royal Mail Tracked 24 on our Standard Delivery orders if we want our Prime products to offer the Next Day delivery option
