I am Seeking Feedback on Unnotified Disposal of Damaged Units by FC
Hi all,
I recently had sent 100 units out of which 18 units wers marked as damaged & disposed of by Amazon's Fulfillment Center. This was done without any prior notification or request for authorization.
I accept these 18-units must have been damaged on arrival for any reasons, When I asked for details & photographs to follow up with my carrier, Amazon replied only that the items were ineligible for reimbursement—which I’m not even requesting any reimbursement from amazon.
I’m specifically looking for documentation on the damage to address this with my carrier if possible & prevent similar issues.But, rather then proving us photgarphs of those damaged units, amazon keeps on repeating same thing.. "that these units are not elligible to reimburse".
Has anyone else faced a similar situation, & were you able to obtain photos or detailed info on damaged units from Amazon? Any insights would be appreciated!

This is Roberto. I understand that you have not been able to get specific details on the situation that caused your units to be damaged upon receipt, I would like to review this in more detail, but I was unable to identify a case ID or the actual shipment ID where this happened.
Can you please share the case ID in which you requested support on this? This will help me deep dive and understand if we can collaborate with our FBA teams to get more details.
