My account deactivated 5 months ago.
Amazon asks me utility bill or business license for reactivate it.
I submitted hundred appeals with my utility bills and company documents but unfortunately they all rejected.
Because of my account get deactivated ı can not contact with any person from seller support team.
Amazon do not let me contact with me via call or mail.
They are always sending same e-mail and there is no explanation.
I really tried everyway but ı can not solve this problem.
My question is, it is possible delete my account and create new one with my same passport and company informations?
Will amazon let me do that or will they linked my new account with previous one ?
The account which ı want to delete, do not have any listing yet. They deactivated it in the beginning.
If someone help me about this ı will really appreciate it.

You will likely be able to create an account. However, they will eventually find the link - and that one will be deactivated as well.
You need to understand why they are rejecting the documents requested on the inital account.
