I hope this message finds you well. I'm reaching out to share a concerning issue I've been facing regarding a missing disbursement from January 31st, 2024. Allow me to provide some context and details surrounding this matter.
On the mentioned date, I received a disbursement in my Wise bank account. However, due to some payment receiving issues with Wise at the time, I decided to cancel the payment from Wise, assuming that the amount would be returned to my Seller Central account on Amazon.
To my surprise, Wise subsequently sent the amount back to Amazon on the same date. Unfortunately, as of today, I am yet to receive the amount in my Seller Central account. Despite my persistent efforts, including opening three separate cases to address this issue, I have not received any satisfactory resolution.
Each time I inquire about the whereabouts of the payment, I am informed that the cases have been transferred, yet I have not received any follow-up or resolution. It has now been more than two and a half months since this issue arose, and the lack of communication or progress is deeply concerning.
I rely on the funds from my Amazon sales to sustain my business operations, and this delay is causing significant inconvenience and financial strain. I implore anyone who can assist in resolving this matter to please reach out to me as soon as possible.
