VTR dropped despite tracked items being purchased through buy shipping and showing as delivered.
Another day another issue. VTR has dropped below 95% today, delisted all orders with issues being sent with tracking and most being purchased through Amazon buy shipping. Anyone else having this issue? I know this happened a few months ago and affected a lot of people. Hoping for a glitch but never know these days.

Yes have had three items that have been delivered before due date, showing as invalid tracking number.
I have copied tracking numbers direct from VTR report download, in to royal mail tracking and all delivered on time.
Not sure if this a Amazon or royal Mail glitch, It was Iteam sent between 1st Apr and 3rd of Apr
one Special delivery foe next day, and 2 tracked24 for two day delivery
This has put me below 95% do i need to report to Admin?

I also see this issue VTR below 95% orders around April 3rd and 4th. Royal Mail Tracked 24 through Amazon buy shipping shows as invalid tracking numbers in the report, even though all show as delivered on the RM tracking website.

Same, my next day delivery showing invalid though upon checking they have valid parcel numbers, delivered on a next day tracking i.e royal mail 24 and show delivered by the date expected i.e 4th yet report says are invalid and has no scan
All seem to be 3rd and 4th april so far

I had this yesterday for the same dates other sellers are referring to around 2-4th April and my true VTR was 100 percent and all problem tracking codes on report had been delivered. For me it was a glitch and today my VTR was correct again at 100 percent so if it is the same issue it should correct itself assuming that

Hi
Our VTR dropped yesterday by 5% for the first time in years, very unusal for us as we load all tracking numbers via Royal Mail tracked for every order.
We downloaded the 12 orders claiming not to have a tracking number and low and behold there they all were with tracking numbers! we even checked on the Royal Mail site and they were all showing as delivered!
Got onto seller support for what its worth but ended up putting the phone down half way throught the call as you know amazon systems are so superior it can only be the fault of other sites in particular for this issue it must be Royal Mails systems!
Don't worry too much, when we checked this morning it was back up to normal so I'm assuming it may be just a glitch so check again tomorrow.

Amazon the Nanny State. We all know if something goes awry - late delivery included, we hear about it loud and clear from the buyer. We do not need another flaky metric or Amazon inaccurately reminding customers that delayed deliveries are lost.
In any case a healthy proportion of my INR enquiries seem to indicate that customers do not use the tracking numbers they have been provided with. They get in touch directly.
