FBA shipment stuck at BHX4 for over 2 weeks

FBA shipment stuck at BHX4 for over 2 weeks

Sent a small parcel shipment in was delivered inside 5 days but has been stuck as checked in for 15 days now, the only answer i get from SS is that It can take longer in busy times, but I have sent two parcels in after this thar have both gone into receiving as normal.

Any advice welcome

Hey there @Seller_FzYxqnSoia90P,

Have you checked your Shipment Summary's Contents tab to see the investigation eligibility date? That's when you can open an investigation if things aren't sorted by then.
