Video Rejected for Illegal Content

We have paid for a video to be created, and it is being rejected for Illegal Content.

There is nothing illegal about it. It is a simple video showing a neck gaiter being worn for different usages. We even removed a scene with a party because we thought maybe it could be construed to encourage "underage drinking" but this is all we can thing of.

The new video with that scene replaced was still rejected for the same reason. Looking advice/help on this matter
