Try adding the products for sale and you will see if Amazon requires you to obtain a prior approval and provide some documents or not.

You need to be compliant with EU legislation for cosmetics. You also need to be ‘ungated’ for selling in this category and will have to have each product approved by Amazon. Search the help pages for the non-hazmat products form.

Just be careful with the wording of your listing, as “Bombs” may trigger an alert with the bots…
