I'm getting either: "Incomplete statutes" or "invalid documents"

Hi I am trying to submit the documents for verification.

I uploaded the certificate of incorporation as a pdf. This was met with the message “incomplete statutes”.

Having searched around it seems I needed to include the model articles. I also changed the company name so I decided also to include the change of name certificate.

I’ve merged the documents into a single pdf but it keeps sending me the message “invalid documents”

Can anyone shed any light on this? Thanks

Update: So i merged:

Certificate of incorporation
certificate of name change 1
certificate of name change 2
SH01 (return of allotment shares)
Model articles.

Merged them all into 1 pdf.

The message its giving me is:

“The business statutes in the document do not contain the most recent shareholder information.”

However the sh01 is dated 26/8/2021 as I downloaded it yesterday.

Not sure what to try next?

Just an update for anyone else who runs into a similar issue. Amazon required the very first certificate of incorporation document. This is the only one which had the “shareholder information” section on it. Other more recent versions of the document don’t have this section. A little confusing as Amazon stated that they wanted a document which was recent… but accepted one which was about 10 years old!
