URGENT: 2 FBA shipments taking over 40 days to be delivered

Greetings!

Two FBA shipments were picked up from Vista, CA, 40 days ago and are still in TRANSIT to ABQ2. Usually, our CA-AZ shipments take 4-6 days to be delivered and transfer to 'RECEIVING' status. The Amazon-partnered carrier keeps pointing fingers at Amazon.

BOL = FBA18C3TW9X9, FBA18C3YGT2L

Please help. Thank you.

There are a bunch of threads about ABQ2, type it in search. Everyone is having the same issue.

Hi @Seller_Pd2qU6RFUCrVB,

Thank you for reaching out about this!

I know it's not ideal to hear, but sometimes the shipment process does take a bit of time to complete due to a variety of reasons, including high volume as we are heading into peak season. That said, I just took a further look into both of these shipments and found the following:

  • FBA18C3TW9X9 is currently in the "Checked-In" status
  • FBA18C3YGT2L is currently in the "Receiving" phase

This is great to see as it looks like everything is currently on the right track! Please continue to keep an eye on these shipments. If your inventory has not been fully received by the time the shipments are closed, please reach back out to me in this thread so I can assist further.

In the meantime, I'd recommend reading through this help page for more information on the shipment process.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

All the best,

Jameson

Greetings,

Thanks for taking the time to raise this issue. Currently, there is high demand by sellers to send their inventory to our West Coast facilities and through palletized freight ship method. This is leading to longer receive times impacting the West region.

If you are shipping your inventory with a third-party carrier and experiencing longer receive times at the desired inbound location, we highly recommend reaching out to your carrier to get a new appointment through Carrier Central.
