Another error! With my orders this time!
Hi all
So, i run an advertising campaign for all my products. And if you go into your campaign you can view how many orders have been placed for each product. Now, on one of my products it shows i have 3 orders. Nothing of this shows in my order history and the products dont show as having gone out of my inventory!!! Anyone else having similar isssues? Anyone know how to resolve?

I don’t do ads, but my understanding is that you can run an ad for product A, a potential buyer can click the ad but decide to buy product B from you and it gets attributed to the ad. So it seems you should have +1 for product A from your report, but it was actually +1 for product B. I don’t know if there’s a report you can run which has a finer level of detail.
I think depending on the type of ad it can also include sales that went to another seller or Amazon themselves.
Hopefully someone who uses ads can add more insight.
