Missing FBA label
I’ve sent a shipment to Amazon without an FBA label and it’s been over a month and Amazon are yet to check in any of my products.
Should I be worried that it has been lost? I’m not having any help with the Case Log team!

What do you mean by the FBA label - the label that goes on the shipment or the labels that go on the products (if you use them).

By the FBA label, do you mean the one that prints alongside the UPS address label?
Presumably you used UPS as their partnered carrier and didn’t use them outside of Amazon?

FBA UPS labels - come in 2 parts a big QR code box for UPS and a 12 string tracking ID & an 8 string for amazon to check in. if you print as A4 both are on the same page, it you print as thermal stickers 2 are printed - not fixing the UPS one will mean it won’t be excepted, not fixing amazon FBA code means they put it aside or archived (it’ll probably get automatically sorted in time) so raising it as a case will link your dispatch with the parcel, don’t leave it to luck or a busy un-instructed amazon operative during xmas
you can go to shipping queue and locate the original printable instruction in PDF and convert it to jpg, then attach as additional information in your message

Have you added the UPS tracking ref to the shipment page on sellercentral?
I once made exactly this same mistake (on a shipment to France). But the shipment was delivered and checked in without any problems. I presume they just scanned the UPS barcode and it matched it to my shipment info.

speak with you UPS and track where parcel is , get it back from UPS warehouse else surely it will be lost, we lost package worth £1500 goods four months ago, no FBA label was not missing but still delivery got lost, so in your case there are more chances it will be lost, get it back before it reach amazon warehouse
