Error 5665. How to solve a brand issue? problem creating a listing

Hi,
I really hope someone can help me with this problem. I am a new seller on amazon and every time I try to create a listing for a product this message pops up.
‘‘Amazon must approve your brand before you can use it to list products. Brands should be registered through Brand Registry, but if your brand is not eligible for Brand Registry, you can obtain an exception by contacting Seller Support and mentioning error code 5665’’.

I have been looking for the amazon seller support contact but the only numbers that I can find it’s amazon customer services and everytime I contact them they can’t never transfer the call to amazon seller support department neither help me to solve the problem. After one of the calls I made, I managed to speak with an amazon staff, and she said that she would email seller support and report my case in order for them to help me with this issue. I then received an email from Amazon seller support stating that they verified my account and they did not find any issue that wouldn’t allow me in creating a listing for my product. I then signed in on my seller account, clicked on inventory, add product and started to creat a listing, again when I got on variations section this message pops up again, the error 5665. This is really delaying my life, please can someone help me?

Hi,
I have very similar issue. I opened a case here: https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/gp/contact-us/contact-amazon-form.html (btw I think this link works only during a day). They asked me to send them many of documents to prove that I am the owner of my brand including trademark and UPC. Today I got the answer…
“I have received an update from our internal team stating that they were unable to establish the relation between the EAN/UPC owner and the brand.
They have asked you to provide a proof stating that the brand OEM has the permission to use the EAN/UPCs owned by …”
I don’t get it. I never applied for OEM brand. How could I do this?? My brand is different. I am nearly sure that they didn’t even read my documents…This is Amazon…
