The buyer said: The gaming chair and broken and torn.
First of all, this is a product review that the Amazon system doesn't help remove.
Secondly, after I went to customer service to complain about it, the customer replied that they would not remove it and then just closed my case and I could not restart the case.
Amazon customer service himself is contradicting what he said, he said he will only remove product reviews, but this feedback is a product review, and it's surprising that he won't remove it, this is a job failure of Amazon customer service.

As a general rule, when the customer complains about the condition of the product, according to Amazon policies, this is not a product review but indeed a seller feedback.
