Hello,
After some help please!.
It is for a new seller, with a professional account. They have not had a single click despite their products being super cheap and offered the lowest.
They are advertising the products (higher then what has been recommended).
Has anyone encountered this issue and how do you resolve it!.
I have asked Amazon but there bots are so useless!.

You are being pretty vague. There could be any number of reasons.
Though if items aren’t even being clicked on, that would certainly suggest search suppression. Perhaps share the ASIN of a product, that might shed some light on any issues.

If they are fbm, they may not yet be Buy box eligible and therefore PPC won’t work
