Hello, I have recently applied for a seller account and approved a credit card to enable a sign-up. I also have Amazon pay set up on another online store that I run.
However there doesn’t seem to be any way to track where my application for an account is - in Seller central I can delete my application and that is it.
If I try and go to help whilst on ‘Login with Amazon’ it takes me to an error page, and if I select Account Info it tells me: ‘You cannot view your merchant account information while your Seller Central marketplace is set to Login with Amazon. In order to view your merchant account information, please set your marketplace to Amazon Pay.’
Is this a normal part of the process, and is there a way to track my application progress?
Or has something gone wrong?

No, there isn’t. You just have to wait until Amazon get back to you, which can take weeks, especially at present with so many other people also opening accounts
