No Response for the Case Log After 24 Hours
Hi, I launched a case in Seller support but since after 24hours I haven’t received any response, I tried to create another one on the idea of “no response for case logged” - this is so I can use the Contact Method and they would call me to quicken up things. But then this message appears " Internal Failure - Sorry unable to process your request. Please retry"
So, I don’t know what to do next…

It also depends what you asked, some questions are easier than others.
For instance if you asked “What came first, the chicken or the egg?” You may have fried the Bot’s circuitry! lol
