Hello no bady can help? I have every day not proper shiping. I alway use 2 class RM but some time I do not have option to choose 2 class becouse it is notactivej, just 1 class RM or other more expesiv courier.

Is one day delivery and two day delivery not premium? Ie you have tons of hoops to jump through regarding tracking etc? (so surely you can’t use just 1st or 2nd class, it would have to be special delivery or tracked 24/48?).
Also how do you deliver the next day if the customer orders at 10.30pm?
Are the two items in your example the same product? Maybe the Handling time is different if they aren’t.
