Remeasure

Hi, I have an open case that hasn't been answered in 2 weeks. I requested proof of a remeasure as I believe the height measurement of an ASIN is wrong. I was sent photographs of every measurement but the height! If I could have some help expediting this please that would be great. @Julia_Amazon@Simon_Amazon
