SHipment lost in transit to Amazon
HI seller community
One of the shipment i sent to Amazon through Amazon partnered courier (UPS) with 12 units in 1 box has been lost. Tracking shows that it has been delivered. Amazon claims that they have recounted and 0 out of 12 units were recieved. That cannot be a true statement. Those 12 units weighed more than 10 kgs ,The box was not empty . Amazon is refusing to reimburse. Any way out ?
Thank you

Had 3 shipments exactly the same since the beginning of July.
Hundreds of units altogether.
14kg each box (accepted as received), no unexpected items, but zero quantity of the items we sent reconciled.
Presumably Amazon now think an empty cardboard box weighs 14kg?
They’ve always had discrepancies. FBA inbound simply don’t seem to be able to count correctly 9/10 times… And occasionally attribute items we definitely haven’t sent to our shipments (umbrellas, chocolates, pairs of gloves… things we definitely don’t stock)
And we box and send everything from our own shop, so we know exactly what goes in to every box.
But now we’re getting case log queries from Amazon for ‘us’ providing incorrect box content on the shipments.

Is there any recourse will pursing UPS and their insurance for this?
