Suspected intellectual property violation impossible to resolve

I have received Suspected Intellectual Property Violations for products which I have been selling successfully on Amazon over many years (since 2008). Amazon are asking that I either remove all references to the brand - clearly nonsense as you can't describe a branded product in any other way - or provide a letter of consent from the brand owner providing permission to use the brand. I have a letter from the brand owner providing permission. I have uploaded this repeatedly but I just get back exactly the same "robot" response repeating that I need to remove the brand reference or supply a letter of consent. I purchase my stock direct from the brand owner and they are more than happy for me to sell their products. What do I have to do to get Amazon to actually read what I have sent them?

Hello @Seller_Jnh2jxRCRYBqD,

Thanks for reaching out.

Could you please verify if the ASINs are correctly assigned under the appropriate brand and name?

It's worth ensuring there are no discrepancies in letters or sizes.

Regards, Ezra
