Enhanced Brand Content rejection

Had A+ content listing rejected Nov 2019 (health product) “required evidence of clinical trials etc”
Provided several sources of peer reviewed journal publications and was told 28 Dec "Yes we should get approval now
From 28 Dec to 30 April I have received 26 (TWENTY SIX of which 14 from named people) messages from Amazon stating “Greetings …under review…”
I have written two emails directly to Dan Gurr CEO Amazon UK in desperation with no response until 29 Apr.
My heart leapt for joy with a message “Apologies stuck in system but now approved - you can go to your listing her…”
Lo and behold the link takes me to the old listing! I really despair.
Is there any way I can get to speak to a native English speaker to get to actually do something?
