amazon send us notification on dated: 1 September 2023 and said;
Hello,
We previously sent you a communication requesting you to provide additional information in your Amazon Seller Central account, but have not received the information. If we do not receive the additional information within 45 days, your Amazon selling account will be deactivated.
Why is this happening?
We are requiring this information due to the new EU Directive ( the Directive on Administrative Cooperation – 7th amendment or DAC7 ). This Directive requires Amazon to collect and verify additional information from Selling Partners and to comply with certain reporting obligations to relevant authorities.
How do I avoid account deactivation?
Within the next 45 days, update your information requested on the dashboard here to avoid account deactivation. Please ensure that the information you enter is valid. Please note that a VAT number is considered valid only when the business name associated to the VAT number in the relevant Tax Authority’s database matches your legal name information in Seller Central.
i did attempt multiple time to submit form but form did not save and show message "couldn't save changes, try again" kindly tell me the reason why this form not saved.
please help me to resolve my issue.

For more detailed understanding of the issue, we request you to kindly provide us the snapshot/screenshot of the notification received at the time of account deactivation and also the latest notification from the team to better assist you.
Also, help us with a screenshot of the error message you're receiving while trying to update information. So we can review further.
