Amazon Handmade not showing on my account despite being approved
Is anyone else having problems with being approved for Amazon Handmade but this not being reflected in ‘My Account’? I received the email saying I was approved yesterday. I can’t email customer services as the forms aren’t loading so the page is failing. It’s so frustrating.

It sometimes takes time to be properly set up as you have to be verified by Amazon. Wait a few more days and provide everything they ask you for.

I am actually having the same problem. I appealed the decision and it went through. Now I cannot see a way to list my products as it’s asking me to go through the same process.
I guess it’s a waiting game?

I had the same issue. It took 2 months for the verification process in the end. They then downgraded my account from professional to individual because I hadn’t sold anything for 30 days (Amazon hadn’t activated my shop). The fees are now through the roof!

Hi, it was because they switched my account from professional to individual. They have now switched it back to professional so the fees are a lot lower.

When you receive the approval email to sell on Handmade, it might take up to 24 hrs for you to be able to list and access the Maker Store. If you were charged the professional account fee, you should also be getting a refund.
If you do not get a refund and after the 24hrs you’re still unable to list on Handmade or access the Maker Store, please contact Seller Support so we can help you!

I was approved for handmade in November, but then when I click the link in the email To register it says page error. I’ve left it a while thinking it maybe a glitch but it’s still saying error so it can’t be!
I well on amazon site so just wanting to add handmade to my seller central, I’m already verified etc.

I’ve just opened account and was in the same position, regular business pro and was charged £30 upfron. Contacted seller help directly from account an they added handmade profile manually and refunded the fee. Just let them know, feels like efficient support so far.
