Brand Declined - but we've proved ownership!

I have sent numerous proof of ownership - trademark proof and photos etc yet been declined - I NEED a contact number in the UK to resolve this with a person!

Is your trademark a UK registered one ?

Does it say anything about abusive behaviour ?

There isn’t a number. Brand Registry, Brand Approval, or something else? Reason for decline?

Hi,
There are a number of issues that need to be addressed. Firstly you need to upgrade to a professional selling plan to be eligible for Brand registry.Then you need to notify UKIPO and update your address as this is where brand registry check against.
