I only buy shipping through Amazon (all standard 2nd Class LL) and my VTR is N/A and always has been

Same for me as well. Im usually 100% as I buy shipping from Amazon but this morning I am on 91.3%. It’s been like this for me on the French marketplace for several weeks now (I use buy shipping for France as well) I asked them why but got a load of not very helpful responses.
Yes, mine fell from 98% last night to 78% this morning.
