A+ Content Rejection Doesn't Make Sense

Hello,

I have A+ content that is being blocked for "referencing customer service" because it is a picture of the product being using in a call center office environment. The product is a headset that is designed for contact centers and office environments. It was approved in the US with no issue.

I'm at a loss of what to do for this one.

I have tried to upload a screen shot of the error but the image upload feature seems not to work here on this forum.
